GE Dryer PTLC24014 Service Bulletin

Long dry cycle times and fault codes 352 and/or 353 may be present, it is possible that the lint filter is clogged and needs to be properly cleaned.

GE Fridge-Freezer REF11-24 Service Bulletin

On some models, ice may be noticeably forming on the freezer compartment walls and/or a ticking-rumbling noise may be heard from the freezer. The ice formation will appear larger closer to the evaporator cover. Inspection may lead to diagnosis of an open drain pan heater allowing the drain pan to overflow and fill with ice. Additionally, ice may have formed around or on the evaporator fan blade: a result of moisture dripping off the evaporator wiring harnesses, suction tube, or evaporator compartment ceiling.

GE Dishwasher PTLV24003 Service Bulletin

Water or moisture may be seen on the top of the dishwasher door or underneath countertops.

GE Washer PTLC24009 Service Bulletin

On some top load washers, the cycle may stop with the tub full of water. Fault code 18 (drain pump clearing algorithm failed) will be present.

GE Cooktop PTCC24011 Service Bulletin

Cooktop controls may have a lack of response from the capacitive touch buttons. The cooktop repeatedly removes power to the burners and may also go into an unresponsive state. If the power to the cooktop is cycled, the touch response may be temporarily restored. Fault code F717 must be present, should have at least 25 occurrences and must be in conjunction with an unresponsive or shutting down cooktop for the below repair.
