GE Fridge-Freezer PTRC25004 Service Bulletin

Freezer compartment lighting may appear dim or the refrigerator compartment may have the upper light or a tower light not working. If the freezer lighting is dim, one of the tower LED boards may be found to be inoperable. Any inoperable LED board will have the correct operational voltage.

GE Oven PTCC25003 Service Bulletin

There has been some standardization in the factory: the aluminum griddle has changed to a cast-iron griddle of the same size.

GE Fridge-Freezer PTRC25002 Service Bulletin

An intermittent vibrating, rumbling, ticking, or humming sound may be heard coming from the refrigerator. The sound may become significantly louder or quieter when pressing against the evaporator fan shroud.

GE Fridge-Freezer PTRC25003 Service Bulletin

Frost may be present in the freezer compartment near the drawer opening or on a lower basket slide. Ice may also be found to melt within the ice compartment resulting in water dripping in the dispenser recess area.

GE Fridge-Freezer PTRC24008 Service Bulletin

The freezer drawer front on some counter-depth models may not fully close or may pop back open. Frost may be found around the freezer drawer opening due to the freezer gasket not staying sealed. If the freezer drawer stays shut with the bottom basket removed, the below repair should be followed.

GE Dryer PTLC24011 Service Bulletin

A recent SmartHQ Service software update may have caused the display to scroll random segments during the sensing portion of a sensor dry cycle, when the display should scroll “SEnSE”.

GE Dryer PTLC24012 Service Bulletin

If the Start/Pause and/or Power button(s) are illuminated on the user interface (UI) during standby mode (powered on, waiting to run a cycle), or when the dryer is running a cycle, the supply AFCI breaker may trip, or an AFCI breaker may trip on other circuits in the home (examples: hair dryer, garage door opener, microwave, etc.).

GE Oven PTCC25001 Service Bulletin

A range may emit a constant humming, buzzing, or clicking noise, even when not in use. If the sounds are found emanating from the RC19 control, follow the below repair.

GE Oven PTCC25002 Service Bulletin

The change is to remove the hole and replace it with a blind box cooktop. This requirement is for standardization for the production line according to CR-RA-25542.
