Service Bulletin Description:
In certain circumstances, a consumer’s oven may not reach or maintain the preheat temperature at the time the preheat tone sounds. Consumers may experience low temperatures at the Preheat completion tone when using a conventional oven cavity. This is because of the short preheat time (Example: 9 minutes to reach 350°F ). Longer cooking time can be expected in Bake and Convect mode if the food is added to the oven at the completion of the tone.
