In rare circumstances, consumers may experience an F6E4 error code. This error code is noted in the tech sheet as relating to a “User Interface/Appliance Manager state status mismatch”. This error code could be displayed because of a “Low fan speed – underspeed/overspeed” or “High fan speed – underspeed/overspeed”.

Under certain conditions, it is possible that consumers will experience their oven light turning on by itself.

Occasionally, users may find the powered attachment accessory does not connect properly to the oven. This can lead to an error in the detection of the accessory, which can lead to an “F3E4: Upper/main Accessory RTD open/short” error code or possibly a frequent chime for “Accessory Detected” (chime tone goes up and accessory icon illuminates on User Interface) and then “Accessory Removed” (chime tone goes down and accessory icon in User Interface goes away). This can cause dropped cycles or reduced performance and colder cooking.

It is possible that consumers may hear a high pitched ringing radiating from their ​unit.

In some possible instances consumers have reported that the inner portion of a coil heating element on their range or cooktop appears to turn on and off, or appears to not glow as brightly as the outer portion of the coil. Some consumers have also reported longer high-heat cooking times, such as the time to boil large volumes of water.

It is possible that consumers may hear a high pitched ringing radiating from their ​unit.

It is possible that consumers may purchase, or select as an exchange alternate, an induction cooktop such that the existing cutout is larger than what is specified in the installation instructions. For cutouts that are within the prescribed width and length, we can provide a service kit with alternate mounting brackets and assembly instructions to assist with this installation.
