It is possible that the Microwave door is not closing properly. The Gap on the door is too high to shut. Door Gap is bigger than the Door Switch Activation Distance causing it not to activate when the Door is closed.

Drawer Not Closing or No Heat

If the provided spacer rails and trim are not installed the door may not close and latch all the way, leading to product not starting, or interrupted cycles. Product may or may not operate if the user holds the door closed when pressing the start key.

Consumers can see white marks/gap (view of internal flange) on the right side of the microwave cavity near the control area.

Microwave Door is Not Closing

It is possible that a small number of consumers might experience a gap between the mounting of the microwave hood wrapper and the cabinet bottom on the right-hand side.
