Under some conditions, including unlevel floor, cabinets not square, and/or the freezer door was reversed, the door liner may bind causing the freezer door to not fully close. It is possible the floor is unleveled.

Customers may report that their right-side door is misaligned, sagging, or has otherwise moved over time. This may occur for a variety of reasons, including that the doors are designed to be slightly different heights when the refrigerator is empty, in order to account for the weight of food that will be placed on the doors, uneven floors, or something blocking the hinges. The right-side door on these units may need to be adjusted after installation to ensure proper alignment.

Customer tries to dispense ice, can hear the motor running, but it does not dispense. Ice bucket maybe full, but unit not dispensing the ice. This could result from several causes including that the dispenser motor shaft may not be the proper one for the consumer’s product.

It is possible that consumers might experience noise from door opening or closure and or Interior lights not coming on.

It is possible that consumers may experience frost, or hard ice, forming on the front area of the Refrigerator compartment.
