Several new models of Whirlpool, Kitchen-Aid and Jenn-Air French Door Bottom Mount refrigerators have a new soft close door feature. Models with this new feature require a special door removal and installation procedure which is different from previous models.

It is possible that consumers might experience condensation, or frost collecting on the internal walls of the refrigerator compartment. This may occur on the rear wall near the ice maker supply and return ducts and at the center of the ice maker.

It is possible that some consumers may experience insufficient cooling in the freezer and refrigerator.

It is possible that some consumers might experience an issue preventing the Ice Maker from filling with water.

Some consumers might have a concern about items freezing in the Refrigerator Compartment.

Control board W10219463 is no longer available as a stand-alone component.

Freezer not producing enough Ice or not making Ice.

It is possible for cracks, or complete breaks to occur in the end caps of the refrigerator door handles.
