Service Bulletin Description:
Customers may experience noisy operation during the intermediate spin cycle. This noise sounds similar to a metal on metal grinding or a clicking sound and will emanate from the controls area, not the gearcase/transmission. This noise is easily confused with gearcase/transmission sounds but may actually be coming from a triac on the ACU.
