Logging in and out
- Login is successful but when you go to a page, it prompts you to login again
- Login session drops after browsing a few pages on the site
- After the login form is submitted, it doesn’t show the user as logged in
All of the issues above are usually due to cached (stored) pages on your device.

Simply refreshing the page will solve this issue 9 times out of 10.
If refreshing the page does not work you may need to clear your browser caching and cookies.

- Click the BUY NOW button under the plan you would like to upgrade to

- You account will be instantly upgraded

- Additional users can only be added to the yearly subscription plan
- Click Account in the main menu
- Click Add Additional Users on the Profile page
- Fill out the form and submit
- We will contact you with further instructions
How do I update my credit card info?
- All credit card transactions are stored and processed by Stripe
- Click Account in the main menu
- Click Update Payment Info on the Profile page
- Follow the instructions on the Stripe Billing Portal
How can I cancel my current subscription?
- You can easily cancel your subscription anytime
- Click Account in the main menu
- Click Cancel Membership on the Profile page
- Follow the instructions on the Stripe Billing Portal
- After canceling you will not be billed on the next billing cycle
