If, during the spin step “C04” of the Service Test Cycle, the attained spin speed is not at least 90% of the maximum spin speed, this error code will be displayed. This error code will not display during the wash cycle.

Check the wire harness and connections between the motor and ACU
Check the drum for mechanical friction (move the drum slowly and very briefly)
Check for trapped laundry
Check the resistance of the motor windings.
