Door Lock Error

If the ACU detects a defect of the door lock triac or switch, F13 is displayed.

This check is done at the start and end of a cycle.

Whirlpool Washer F13 Error Code Error Code Possible Causes

•  Check the wiring and harness between the ACU and the door lock
• Check if the door contact of the door lock is closed when the door is closed
• Make sure the door lock can lock and unlock (see F29 section)
• Check the ACU

Dispenser Error

The dispenser motor is not able to be driven to its proper position.

Whirlpool Washer F13 Error Code Error Code Possible Causes

• Mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser faulty.
• Wire Harness connections to the dispenser motor or Central Control Unit (CCU) faulty.
• Dispenser motor fault.
