Motor Locked or Over Fill Error

The motor won’t turn.
There is no feedback signal from motor or over current condition been detected.
P801, P1001, B1113 Models only – The condition that water level is at or above the overfill level is detected by the water level sensor. Once it occurs, unit will automatically drain out the water until the water level falls below the overfill level.

Samsung Washer E3 Error Code Error Code Possible Causes

The motor is jammed.
The inner tub is jammed.
The motor is defective.
The main PCB is defective.
