- The Sabbath Mode is a feature that disables portions of the fridge and its controls in accordance with observance of the Sabbath and religious holidays within the Orthodox Jewish community. Sabbath Mode is turned ON and OFF by pressing and holding “∨” on freezer temp and “∧” on refrigerator temp for five seconds.
