New software has been installed on the models listed above to trigger an out- of-balance alert if the motor’s thermal protection is activated. The controls will display an out-of-balance error, which is also used with physical load out- of-balance conditions, as shown in the pictures below:

If both the Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Appliance Control Unit (ACU) boards are replaced at same time, the machine may not operate.

F0E7 error code requiring a clean washer cycle to be run.

Premature F0E9 error message instructing consumer to contact service.
