Consumers may experience a unit that will not run a cycle. Upon starting, the lid will lock, and the Sense LED will light as normal, but after a few minutes, it will go straight to Done. The tub won’t spin, and there might be a buzzing sound that repeats several times.

Customers report low water levels when using the “Extra Power” button. The machine is operating as designed; it starts out with low water for a concentrated chemical and mechanical cleaning, then adds water later in the wash cycle.

The customer may mention hearing a squeaking sound during the wash cycle.

An Over the Air software update was released in error for these specific digits, leading to error codes F0E9 and F3E3.

The ‘Power’ and ‘Push to Start’ buttons on the console may be perceived as difficult to push, which may lead to confusion powering on or starting the unit.

An engineering change to remove the inlet valve thermistor and the corresponding wire harness connection. The unit may show an F3E3 error when running calibration.

Washer appears to have “no power” at start-up with proper supply voltage at the outlet. Washer may have intermient power and/or console LED’s that come on and off.

It is possible that customers may see a small amount of water on the floor after the cycle has completed.
