It is possible that consumers might experience an odor, or smell in the refrigerator. The odor smells like hot melted glue. This may be caused by adhesive dripping into the freezer evaporator heater element. In manufacturing, potential excessive adhesive used to seal the air duct may melt and drip on the heater, possibly causing it to create an odor in the refrigerator.

The in-door ice maker may stop working, or work intermittently. The customer may report low or no ice production.

Water may not dispense for multiple reasons. No water from dispenser at times.

Under certain circumstances, customers may report condensation or sweating on the Flipper Mullion.

It is possible that consumers may experience defrost water not draining. This may cause ice build-up in the freezer bottom . Depending on circumstances, water leakage to the outside of the refrigerator may also occur.

Ice Build-up in Bottom of Freezer

36” FDBM product where the refrigerator compartment bottom crisper drawer may not open completely, or the left side of the drawer is hitting the door gasket when opening. Condition may be due to a shift of the refrigerator compartment liner.

The consumer may experience some or all of the following conditions Warm refrigerator compartment (RC) but freezer compartment (FC) is cold Ice growth appears between evaporator cover and bottom of RC liner but FC is cold Fast ticking or clicking noise coming from inside the RC and behind the crisper drawer (possibly fan striking ice build up) Low ice rates in door ice maker

Noise when customer opens or closes the refrigerator door, coming from the bottom on the product.

Under some conditions, including unlevel floor, cabinets not square, and/or the freezer door was reversed, the door liner may bind causing the freezer door to not fully close. It is possible the floor is unleveled.
