Some units inadvertently listed the incorrect refrigerant charge on the serial tag as 5.75oz.

It is possible that consumers may experience frost, or hard ice, forming on the front area of the freezer compartment

The customer might experience a low or no cool condition, which in some circumstances can result from frost build up on the evaporator due to various factors that can cause or contribute to an incomplete defrost cycle.

Customers may experience premature LED Lighting failures of the single-point LED.

Ice Clumping – Variation in customer usage patterns and installation may cause the ice box temperature to vary and in some instances result in ice clumping. Sabbath Mode – In some situations, the customer may experience the unintended operation of the fan when the door is opened.

The customer might experience a low or no cool condition and possible noisy operation of the compressor.

It is possible that consumers may experience a build up of frozen water outside of the ice maker, fill tube, fill cup, and in the ice bin that may reduce ice production

It is possible customers may experience dispenser switches stuck and water continues to run after releasing the dispenser button.

It is possible that the unit will start making an intermittent popping, ticking, knocking, or groaning type noise when the compressor is running.
