Consumers may have concerns regarding one, or combination of, the following: • No Ice/Water • Not Dispensing Ice • No UI Display • No Lights/Flickering Lights • Over Temp Alarm • No Cooling in the Refrigerator Compartment (RC)

The consumer may express concern the refrigerator is not cooling properly.

The refrigerator or freezer LED lighting may only function intermittently, or not at all.

Control board W10219462 is no longer available as a stand-alone component.

No Ice / Warm Temperatures

Customers may report their refrigerator is not making ice, or has a frozen fill tube. These concerns are likely to follow extended periods of ice maker inactivity, i.e. a full Ice Bucket, or Ice Machine recently turned on.

This letter is for keyboard (overlay) replacement for Maytag Legacy Iceland French door bottom mount refrigerators. Due to the Toshiba light sensor has changed on the keyboard and the resistor changed on the display board, service kits have been created to include both the keyboard & display board.

Frost build up on the interior walls of the freezer section.

Customer may experience erratic refrigerator compartment temperatures; too warm.
