Service update

Refrigerator Temperature too cold.

Testing has determined there is a potential that the water valve body may deteriorate and begin to leak. This deterioration may be caused by chlorine, impurities in the water supply, water flow issues or a combination of those factors.

Service is often requested because ice cubes are sticking or clumping together. In a lot of the these cases there is no problem with the refrigerator or ice maker, it’s simply a matter of customer usage or ambient conditions. An explanation of the causes of this complaint are outlined below.
