When checking for refrigerant leaks with Lokring fittings, the color of the Lokprep and the U.V. dye may look very similar.

​Some consumers may experience one or more of the following with the UI: 1. App Status -The oven info and the mobile app info may not match. 2. Clock adjustment – Oven clock may update to incorrect time. 3. WiFi connectivity – After provisioning the oven to network, the UI WiFi logo shows a red exclamation point and oven may not connect. 4. Scrolling – The UI menu may reset to the starting point when scrolling. 5. Locating WiFi network – The oven’s WiFi search function may not find expected WiFi networks without cycling power. 6. Incorrect password delay – There may be a delay after entering an incorrect password before the UI reports the password was incorrect.

It is possible that consumers may experience frost, or hard ice, forming on the front area of the Refrigerator Compartment (RC). In some instances, consumers may also see water inside the RC under the crispers. These symptoms can result from multiple possible causes, so it is important to follow all the correction steps below.

It is possible that consumers might experience an odor, or smell in the refrigerator. The odor smells like hot melted glue. This may be caused by adhesive dripping into the freezer evaporator heater element. In manufacturing, potential excessive adhesive used to seal the air duct may melt and drip on the heater, possibly causing it to create an odor in the refrigerator.
