It is possible that consumers may observe a small amount of moisture collecting in the ventilation tube or on the back panel. This can occur for a number of reasons.

The technician may notice that the suspension rod bushing is missing on the front suspension rods.

It is possible that consumers may experience excessive shaking or vibration of the washer at the end of the wash cycle or during the spin cycle, as well as related noises

​If both the Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Appliance Control Unit (ACU) boards are replaced at same time, the machine may not operate.

The consumer may notice signs of abrasion or tearing of the bellow. In addition, a small amount of water may drip from behind the front panel and collect underneath the front of the washer.

The customer may complain that the unit is using too much detergent. It is possible that when using HE detergents with concentration over 2X, consumers may notice excess suds, poor cleaning, or poor rinsing. It’s also possible that the machine will show a 5D suds detection indicator or an F0E2 oversuds error.
