Capacitive touch display may not return to normal operation after every automatic exit of Sabbath mode. Different combinations of the following descriptions could be present. Display may show solid lines and not allow dispenser operation. All display LEDs may be illuminated. Ice and Crushed selections may be lit at the same time.

Some models may stop producing ice. Water may pass through the isolation and icemaker water valves when the icemaker cycles to fill, but the path may be blocked by a frozen fill tube.

Diagnosing a Frozen Internal Dispenser Water Tank

The stainless-steel door may appear lower on the handle side than the hinge side. Some doors on bottom freezer models may contact or rub each other when in the closed position.

Water may be found on the floor around the front of some refrigerator models originating from pooled water on the refrigerator floor and/or ice build up on the freezer floor. During inspection of either compartment containing water or ice, foam may be discovered in the drain opening.
