Please be aware that mabe Canada has issued a product recall on OTR microwaves model TVM1635 with serial numbers beginning with DL, FL, and GL.

Countertop and OTR Microwave ovens produced since the fall of 1995 have fault codes. However, mini-manuals do not list these codes.

Mabe Canada will be revising its service policy for some appliances. We will no longer authorize service calls for the models listed above. For prior models, check the use and care guide for warranty sold with the product.

During convection baking, OTR (over the range) microwave will not generate a temperature greater than 350oF (177oC) on a consistent basis.
