UltraFresh front load washing machines make clicking noises when there is a loss of communication. The main control board (MCB) will click every 6-10 seconds for different reasons of communication loss once the appliance is plugged in. This “clicking” is caused by the main control board (MCB) relay resetting, attempting to re-establish communication between the main control board (MCB) and user interface (UI) or inverter boards. The user interface (UI) may also turn off during relay clicks. In most cases, an appliance diagnostic tool will not connect to the appliance and servicemodecannotbeenteredthoughtheuserinterface(UI)
