Profile top load washers in the models listed above may appear to start a cycle when the start button is pressed, by locking the lid, but other loads (water valves, drain pump, drive motor) will not operate. The user interface buttons will respond normally, by producing a tone when pressed, but the washer may not start a cycle.

When leaving the dispenser drawer open to dry in-between cycles, the drawer is recommended to be opened greater than 1” to ensure the bulk dispenser is fully disengaged from the bulk dispense port. If the drawer if left open less than a 1”, detergent may leak onto the tub gasket, as shown below, or from the bottom of the door.
