Improper orientation of communication harness clip

Some UltraFast washer/dryer combos may have a wavy or twisted tub gasket accompanied by out of balance and noise when running a cycle.

The control board could present a failure where there is a high probability of alarms occurring, not locking the door, not draining, or not rolling the drum.

The Alexa built-in feature on Profile top load washer models PTW900 will be phased out as of May 31, 2025 due to updates in service arrangements.

Not Draining/Clogged External Drain Hose

Top load washers may have pitting or rust on the upper rim of the washer’s basket that cannot be removed by cleaning.

If the tub water thermistor is disconnected or the thermistor circuit is open, fault code 15: Tub Water Thermistor Invalid is triggered, the UltraFast washer/dryer combo will not complete the cycle and the door will not unlock.

During Power Steam cycles on certain UltraFresh front load washing machine models, the fill sequence is different than non-steam cycles and may cause confusion on why the washer is tumbling without water. The Power Steam feature is turned on by default for the Whites, Sanitize + Allergen, and Power Clean cycles

Diagnosing No Heat, Not Drying

Some UltraFresh front load washers may emit a high-pitched or high-frequency noise. The high-pitched noise may be coming from the inverter board when the washer is plugged in.
