In convection bake modes, for maximum cooking evenness, the fan is designed to rotate in both directions, with a pause in between. This is normal.

Café Gas, Café Dual Fuel and Profile PGB975 models installation issues. The range will not install flush with the back wall due to an interference with the lock-out valve cover. A change in the design of the location of the lock-out valve and cover has been made allowing a flush installation of the range to the back wall.

If the oven door is misaligned, not sealing, or not closing properly, one or both hinge assemblies may be loose and not fully secured to the sides of the oven.

If this unit suffers from internal heat leakage, it may shut down (often during convection bake). The Oven Cavity Thermal Cut Out(TCO) device is tripping due to leaking hot airflow during convection baking.
