Dryer won’t start, drum turns but stops on it’s own, loud operation noise, loud banging noise, E52, or blower wheel loose shortly after the unit is installed.

The consumer may experience thumping noises when the dryer is running. This can be caused due to the sound pack coming loose from the top lid, rubbing against the drum. In some particular cases, it could also adhere to the drum causing it not to turn when a cycle is selected.

Adhesive residue between the felt and the drum generates a stain that can be described by the consumer as rust.
