Steps to Resolving filming issues for Dishwashers

The dishwasher is running longer than the cycle time listed in the Use and Care Guide.

An E01 error code is shown on the display and/or all lights on the console are flashing and the LED above Leak Detector is lit on the Main Control Board.

The customer is getting either an “ER-UO” or just a “UO” code in the display.

Latch Assembly Not Working Properly

The dishwasher has the splash shields installed and there is still water leaking at the corner of the door while spraying from the center spray arm.

The wash motor is making an unusual noise and/or is not draining, washing.

All cycle and option lights start flashing while running a wash cycle.

Water is leaking from the bottom corners of the door.
