In July, 2000 we restructured our “S” oven control panel assemblies to exclude the frame.

A quality improvement has been made to our “S”, “C”, and “CM” ovens. We have changed mounting of the cooling blower assembly to the upper plenum rear wall.

Warming Drawer Overheating

The oven door may not lock properly when the oven is put into “self clean.”

Field reports indicate that if a CM Upper Oven is set in probe mode, then the lower oven is turned on, an incorrect sequence of cycling the elements occurs. This will result in poor cooking results.
